Since I wrote ...Christopher Spry said...
Follow up:
Since I wrote about the small space allocation for hosted websites, I have found a number of ISPs that provide remarkable amounts of disk space and facilities costing less than I have paid before.

As a result, I have signed up with 'IX Web Hosting' http://www.ixwebhosting.com/. One year of hosting costs US$119.40 = UKĀ£63.47 for a 'Business Win' account. This now provides me with up to 20 GB (!) disk space. I am able to host six domains there for no extra charge and there is no extra charge for other services, such as 'FrontPage Server Extensions', CGI, PHP, etc. There is direct messaging to a help centre at all times, which works quickly and effectively, as a bonus.

I strongly recommend that anyone who has an ISP that does not offer this kind of space and these facilities as standard, should change to one of these new breeds of super-ISPs!

Christopher Spry
10/12/2006 10:17 PMChristopher Spryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02883343722839853390noreply@blogger.com
